Refreshing and crisp.

Citrus acid, wet stones, and seawater.

A bit soft for my taste, but some interesting spicy fruit notes and prob appealing to Chard peeps

Paired well with an assortment of crudo (tuna, oysters, shell fish/prawns). Nice acidity and citrus and melon fruit.
