Deep, dark, rich yet very nicely balanced.
Dark cherry and a bit of kirsch with some cool, herby-minty undertone. Very elegant.
On the palate this has nice depth with velvety tannins, bright cherry acidity and rich, dark fruit. This is not a shy wine yet very elegant. Very drinkable despite the unnoticeable 15.5% alc.
a perfect meal companion.

Wow even at 7 years old this felt tight knit and needed air, seems like it could go another 20 years. Loved the structure and fruit, and I know it’s Barbera, but I missed the little bit of savory balance that I adore from Italy.

Good acid per usual and mellow fruit. Heavy on the cherry. Soft tannins. Has aging potential.

Vino riquísimo... Untuoso y sedoso en boca, en nariz ahumados, tostados y frutos rojos no cansinos, entrada golosa paso por boca complejo y elegante con un final con acidez. 😋😋
