Uncomplicated and delicious time. This shines brightest on the dinner table with pasta in tomato sauce wwhite beans & sausage. Earthy dish, bright juicy Northern Italian wine. Works beautifully.

Dried cherries, earth, rose pedal, touch of spice.
Seems like a lot of barbera in this one. Quite juicy and fairly high acidity with lots of sour cherry and cranberry. Nice raspberry fruit up front. Soft, well integrated tannin.
Very tasty, juicy quaffer. Would be great as a first red of the night with some charcuterie and cheese.
