Light ruby color with garnet rim. Dried red fruits dominant. Balsamic and wet leaves. Quite new world style with a bone dry and slight bitter finish. Solid

Pop and pour. On the nose: very classic blood orange, sandalwood, balsamic, dried raspberry. On the palate: excellent acidity, very finely grained tannin, lovely density, soft red and black fruit. Elegant finish. Very nice and paired very well with our fennel and canneloni stew.
