Classic Santa Barbara. Light but with good flavor concentration, umami richness, and a soft finish. Almost creamy. 12 months in 15% new French oak. All sustainable and organic vineyards.

Just tasted with Graham! The best Riesling producer in the US by far also makes fantastic Pinot. His goal is to do everything he can to tamper exuberant fruit and make a balanced wine which is very Burgundian in style but still has a sense of place. In this case the Santa Inez Valley. Cherry, orange zest, earthy. Young obviously just give it a couple of years and this will really shine.
