Excellent California Pinot Noir in a fresh, energetic and focused style that does not sacrifice the whole. Stem inclusion for sure based on the nose. Subtle, fresh red and blue fruits, cinnamon, cedar and earth. Excellent acidity and snap to the palate, fine tannins are just slightly grainy, but it's 2014, that should resolve with time. Earthy floral and raspberry. Burgundian style Pinot from Santa Barbara. Very well done. Best of the 3 reds in his line up.
