Beautiful bubbles. Dry rose with just enough fruit for balance. Pale salmon color is unusual and a bit bewitching.

Don't let the pink label fool you, this is a serious rośe. Tarlant's Zéro Brut Nature sees four years on the lees and zero dosage. Salmon-hued with a fine prelage, the nose subtle at first, with tangerine and golden apple notes. It's not a yeast-driven style at all, yeasty notes are there, but are submerged under minerality and fruit. The real beauty lies in its power, texture, and driving minerality. Chalkiness and acid encase orange zest, cherry clafoutis, pomegranate, and marzipan on a long, dry finish.

A non-dosage champagne can be harsh, but this one finds balance by the hints of red fruits rather than sugar, the perceived sweetness from the fruit contrasting the acidity and carbonation makes a different but delightful sparkling wine, feather light and refreshing
