Opened for daughters 21st. Starting the day strong. Straw gold. Nice appearance. Brioche toast. Quince and kiwi fruit. Yeasty. Young and vibrant in the mouth. Still going.

great lemony notes. it has mellowed a bit since i last tasted it by still has great zing and minerality. terrific showing.

Wonderful. Such a distinct personality for the Taittinger portfolio. Toasted oak, green and gold Apple peel, lemon curd, decomposing apricot, soft chalk and brioche with a tad bit of sugar. Good weight that is too much for fish but perfect for roast chicken. Really classy and surprisingly fresh for its 18 years of age. Thank you Clovis Taittinger!
