Drinking well at 4 years of age. Viognier, grenache blanc, Marsanne and Roussanne. Silky texture, crisp, medium acidity with lemon skin, white peach, golden apple, white flowers, herbs, wet stone, and beginning to show some dried orange and lemon nuances. Beautiful with salt-roasted fish. Will drink well for another few years.

Co-owned by the Perrin family of Beaucastel fame. This is their entry-level white blend, 54% viognier, 30% grenache blanc, 8% marsanne and 8% roussanne. Evolved golden colour, intense nose reminescent of dried exotic fruits, sage and a hint of bee wax. Medium-bodied, ripe and round, with good balancing acidity, nice mineral notes and a rather long, spicy, bitter-almond finish. Amazingly complex for a white, 6 years old entry-level wine. 22 euro. 2010 vintage.
