Medium intense flavors match aromas with added spice of pepper smoke, and allspice. Balanced with decent concentration not super integrated but Good.

Spicy smoked cured salami with cherries on the nose. Tart bing cherries and earthiness on the palate. Begs for tapas in Spain.

Le vin arbore une belle robe rubis claire. Un nez tout en épices avec beaucoup de poivre et des fruits rouges. La bouche est fraîche avec des saveurs intenses de griottes, de bonbons sûres aux cerise (les petites boules rouges). La texture est passablement mince mais pour le prix, quoi demander de plus ? Le vin est bio en plus.
