Favorite wine we tried in Portugal 🇵🇹, so brought a bottle home with us.

Passau, Germany

Le vin arbore une belle robe rubis claire. Un nez tout en épices avec beaucoup de poivre et des fruits rouges. La bouche est fraîche avec des saveurs intenses de griottes, de bonbons sûres aux cerise (les petites boules rouges). La texture est passablement mince mais pour le prix, quoi demander de plus ? Le vin est bio en plus.

Mixed fruits, herbs and cola

Vervliegt super snel, toegankelijke smaak.

Huge structure in this dry, somewhat tannic dry red from the Symington group, very little forward fruit, perplexing in some ways, I think it needs 5-7 years to shed its tannic core.

Oaky and fruity (blackberry and cherry). Nothing to remember but this was good for meaty Portuguese dinner.

Young but very promising. Pure nose and medium weight on the palate. Delightful to drink with an interesting flavour profile.
