Well made, but too much new oak for the material present for my taste. Finishes short.

Strong aceton smell which translates into the taste too. Very closed, super dry, doesn’t taste like anything. This is a sub-par effort from esmonin.

L air lui fait du bien mais manque de grâce actuellement

Still mostly closed but balanced and full of potential.

Neither fish nor fowl...they did something in the cellar because this does not taste like Gevrey!
