100% Barbera from California. Tasted like a blend of older zin and the typical floral perfumes of many Italian wines. A bit on the sweet side but really seemed to bring a interesting mix of old world grapes and new world terroir.

Rich and structured Barbera, a very pleasant surprise. Lots of tannin. Dark fruit cherry and cranberry. Silky finish.

Really something -- felt like I was back in the Langhe. The color, the fruit forward structure, and the ollalieberry hint made it a favorite at a party.
