Lover of bubbles and fine crafted wines. The ability to drink the passion of all those who contribute to the wine is my favorite. Value over price, always!
Everything I ever expected. Perfect. — 4 years ago
A top 100 winery in 2015, Quinta Do Vallado is one of the best in the Douro region without the typical High price tag. A dark crimson color, beautiful aromas of wild fruits, a little violet florals and perfect amount of spice. So elegant, fruity and round. A perfect balance with silky tannins, and a nice long finish. Excellent for the holidays. — 4 years ago
Names after Ted's mother, Fay Marian, this wine tells a story of beautiful floral notes, dark berries and chocolate cherries dance around the mocha oak undertones. The finish is lengthy, slow and moderately tannic. Overall impression: great easy drinking wine at a moderately good price. Pair with pork tender loin, cheddar mashed potato and a blueberry cobbler. 🍷 — 4 years ago
