Stretch Drive
Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the second label of the Post Parade Wines where Thomas River Brown is the winemaker.
Dark and deep ruby red. Layered nose with tons of oak influence with notes of sweet spices, cinnamon, dark cocoa, dark red fruits, and black currants. Medium tannins (6/10) and full bodied. Rich and powerful with rich spices, dark red berries and quite approachable. Long and lingering finish. A bit of heat throughout but dissipated on day two. Drink till 2028. (92+)

Am I the only one that finds this simplistic and undeserving of acclaim? Unimpressed with this particular vintage. Tasted twice.
