Lovely...served it with shrimp with shallots...salad of romaine, fennel, avocado, radish dressed in olive oil and fresh lemon...crusty bread. Huckleberry ice cream. Picked it on a whim and it suited perfectly. Bright, lemony & limestone. — 3 years ago
Forgive the whiskey entry but I'm often asked about Bourbon for wine drinkers. The ABV may be a bit stiff for some and need a little Voss, but neat the nose is ridiculous...tobacco, orange peel, sassafras. Sipping...cinnamon bark, tree nuts, sweet cream. — 3 years ago
