The Stolpman family is on a tear! Thanks Raj for talking them into planting this, it's quite rad! Very delicate, strawberry, tea, crazy electric raspberry color. Big fun! Can't wait to try the petillant naturale!!

Just the most gorgeous thing. Light, pretty, but laden with flavour. It's got a tangy red fruit profile, bit of warming spice in the background. Compete joy to drink, a dangerous bottle!

Beautiful bright cherry and raspberry, blood orange, orange blossom and touch of thyme and cardamom - delicate but a beautiful, round texture that made for a lovely food wine that paired wonderfully with shared dishes of grilled octopus, cauliflower, and ricotta spread.
