Always fun when someone surprises you with something new! Deliciously crisp with a slight honey finish.

deep yellow, watery rim; petrol, stone fruits, honey, jasmine; minerality more prominent than fruit, a bit of residual sugar noticeable on the finish; medium body, very slightly off dry, high acidity, 13.5% ABV; sourced from old vine Riesling planted 1960’s, 2nd oldest Riesling vineyard still in production in North Amerca, head trained, planted in limestone, hot site; a little bit of skin contact, pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, full malolactic fermentation

One of the most fantastic domestic Riesling I’ve had as of late. Fruit is from the second oldest Riesling plantings in America on limestone. Aromatic sunshine, daydreaming of this

See previous notes. Less convincing than the 2018 yet still good. Petrol and honey with plenty of acidity. Seems bigger.

Honey, pear, diesel, good acidity, very rich big delicious. Touch bitter, herbs, almonds, almost Sauternes like. It is a Dry a Riesling.
