Baked apples, almonds, persimmons, dried apricots, saline, pomelo, gardenias. Fresh acidity, oily texture, soft yet rich body, crisp floral/citrus finish.

This is a teenager Cortese that decided to become a punk. But its parents accept the whims of the youth. So the rebelling spirit stays tamed. The bouquet is full of spoiled white plums, soaked white flowers, raw dough, kōcha kinoko, smoke, and pickles. To my taste, it lacks acidity (so not sure what destiny awaits this little rebel). Overall it is complex, multilayered, and even has some delicacy. And all these umami flavours (hello, mr Shiitake)! And the aftertaste of ripe, even baked fruits and pickles. A good find, for sure.

A lot of depth and complexity. Initially smoky with a chalky feel, afterwards showing herbal notes. Light fennel and anise on the finish. Top class natural Gavi.

Моча, минеральные какашки динозавров, кремень, порох, цедра желтого апельсина, спелая айва, бузина, абрикос, водоросли, нарцисс, укроп. Среднее тело с хорошей кислотностью и легкими, вяжущими танинами. Легкий натуральный фанк не идёт в ущерб питкой, сочной естественности. В меру комплексно и ощутимо минерально. Открыто, солнечно и харизматично.
