Grapefruit, apple, pithy lemon, tart apple, slate and hints of dried apricot. Great acidity and minerality.

What? Happy canyon SB? I don't know if it has any identity, as I have nothing to judge it against. But it's all sorts of green melon, pomelo, and maybe some oak? Wasn't expecting it, but there might be some barrel here. Worth a try.

Always like this wine. The older vintage is holding up well. Cat pee, dried herbs, funk, good acidity and a touch of caramel(maybe from the age).

Very nice Sauvignon blanc, aromas of flint, honey, gooseberries, vanilla, and slight cloves. Mouthfeel is a little too acidic, with a touch of spritz, but very clean and refreshing.

This has aged beautifully. It has grown more complex, and has minerality that wasn't there when first released. But the richness that was there from the start is still there but has evolved into a rich, smoky character. If I had only three white wines to drink the rest of my life I'd include this in the lineup and drink only with 10 years in the bottle.
