Dark Ruby with aromas of ripe berry fruits, herbs and spice for this blend with 86% Cab Sauvignon. On the palate black cherry and black currant flavors with oak and earthy notes. Well balanced, fine ripe tannins lingering ending with fruit and pepper spice! Nice! Drink over next decade.

Very fragrant, dark fruity, intense. Multistage experience. First sweet and pretty smooth, rounded mild, then you get surprised by this strange super ripe explosion in all corners of the mouth. Can't describe but like it a lot (Charles says young and dark). Very robust flavor overall, and pleasant just to drink because of clean finish and well balanced tastes and textures overall. Had on Christmas Eve with rosemary steak, kale with caramelized onions, and purple sweet potatoes.
