Pale lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and nutty scents. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, cinnamon notes, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A beautiful Chardonnay.

Pear, ginger, cinnamon, caramel flavors. Fairly long finish. Heavy mid palate, oily mouthfeel with very low acid. It’s consistent with the St. Innocent Chardonnay style, but I find the lack of freshness, acidity and cut to be somewhat off putting. Fine quality, just not what I’m looking for in Chardonnay.

Aromatics and flavors of the color yellow. Ripe, juicy and exotic pineapple and peaches. Diacetyl is a bit strong but it fits the style and is balanced by very natural acidity. The potential is there for Chardonnay in Oregon.

(all neutral French oak) Limpid yellow. Mineral- and lees-tinged citrus and orchard fruit aromas show very good clarity and hints of honeysuckle and sweet butter. Displays deeper pit fruit character on the palate, offering juicy, smoke-accented nectarine, pear nectar and Meyer lemon flavors that show depth as well as strong tension. The mineral quality comes back on a very long, juicy finish that echoes the Meyer lemon and mineral notes. In the context of top-drawer, Burgundy-inspired New World Chardonnay, this bottling delivers uncanny value. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, Feb 2018)

I know this site more for Pinot, but this Chardonnay delivers the goods. Oregon Chard hits that balance of richness and minerality throughout nose, palate and texture.
