Tart, tangy, and on the dryer side. Light, acidic, lingering finish. Cedar with cranberry and unripe cherry. Pairs well with charcuterie and game meats.

Persistent notes of birch wood, blueberry and cherry compote, herbaceous and a bit earthy. Baked strawberries, vanilla some spices, and juicy mouthfeel, nicely dry on end with structured tanning and not so aggressive finish.

Inky dark purple, notes of red fruit, soil, brambly, dusty, herbal - lot going on, but mid palate was a bit disjointed & unbalanced w/jolt of acidity on finish. Overall interesting, maybe rustic in presentation

Heady aromas of oaky vanilla, cinnamon and blueberry. Medium plus acid, food friendly. Drinks like a $40+ bottle. Interesting fluorescent purple hue. Smooth plush tannins. 14.5%
