Showing so well. Insane spices on the nose that takes you to Morey or Vosne. Gorgeous slate and herbals and wow what insane levels of deep cherries. Gorgeous and in the zone. Palate is juicy and elegant with lively sour cherry and mid season cherry and delightful finesse and complexity. Long finish and lovely palate staining. Really just glorious wine. As this aired it gained some opulence in the mid palate and lovely inner mouth spice aromas.

12% ABV.
Light-bodied, elegant and with nice balance. Almost Beaujolais-like in the fruitiness.
With all components nicely present I’m however wishing for more concentration here and wonder what 10% of saignée could have done for this.

At dinner more formal notes later.

This was an elegant expressive beauty and peaking. 09/10 better here but this was a limpid beauty.

Really fun and complex wine. Nose has sappy, ripe cherry, sweet spice, an intense minerality that veers into funky smashed green herbs, and a bit of barnyard. Soft-textured and so savory and long. Great acids too.

What a nose. Perfume of spice, mineral and so many violets. Smokey almost like a Morey St. Denis. Gorgeous nose. So aromatic. Palate is ripe and so juicy with delicious lip smacking red fruit and utterly compelling freshness and purity. Obviously young but so well made and terrific length. Needs 2 hours.

Green and fresh on the nose but pretty fruits and super elegant. Very nice aromas in all of these wines. Spice and x'mas spice. Wow. Very very pure. Great tannins. Long and juicy. Not released. Maybe in 2-4 more years.

Pop and pour. Lively core of red fruit and spice, leans a bit shrill on the palate now as the fruit is starting to dry a bit. Good, but drink up.

Pop and pour. Notes from 2 hrs open. Lovely. Nose with soft stems, pure wild strawberry, muddled green herbs, so perfumed. On the palate: fantastic acidity and density; dark blackberry...less interesting on the palate than on the nose, but still very good. Very fine, but attenuated tannin on the finish.

Second bottle that is plain blah wine. Really not worth anyone’s time. Head scratching purchase from a trusted palate.
