Raspberry and plum notes, smooth, light finish. Beef stew meal and biscuits with this flavorful wine as we are not fans of strong tannins. Good price, too!

Nice Pinot with Salmon.

凝縮感とはいかないまでも甘さのある柔らかな果実味。香りも少しジャムというかバルサミックなところも。
ただ、全体的にはキレイめでバランスが良い。

ビオだからか口当たり柔らか、猛々しさはなく、柔らかな酸.ミルキーというかクリームっぽいまろやかさ。
バランスが整っていてどんな料理とも破綻しないで楽しめるのは、なかなか。
甘い料理にも、甘さは負けるものの、上品な酸味がバランスして合っていた。

Birthday wine. Eat with salmon.
