Zippy acidity, it opened up nicely in glass and paired beautifully with roasted cauliflower.

Just yesterday I listened to #illdrinktothat with #aldosohm . Today I called #grunerveltliner in blind tasting & it was his wine! Yellow pommaceousness, ripe grapefruit, curry spice. I'll be back for more.

Reminds me of a cross between an Alsatian Riesling and a Chablis. Chalky with aromas of white pepper, Mexican oregano, white cranberry, white grapefruit, and unripe apple. Aromatic, complex, lingering tart finish. Showcases Veltliner at it's absolute best. A stunner.
