Be still my heart for great Syrah that toes the line between old and new world. Blueberry-tastic nose and palate. Tobacco and thyme. Assertive but polite tannins. I could drink the whole bottle but I'd rather share it.

This wine punched above its weight class in the blind tasting, keeping pace with bottles 3-4x its cost. Beautiful nose with a touch of oak/vanilla. Second time drinking this and the 3 hours being open (no decant) made a huge difference

Tight fruit on pnp but showing with two hours of air. Grapey, minerals, nice acid- good structure. Won’t touch the rest of these for a couple years. Love cooler climate syrah. 13%.
