Aug 31st, 2018A spectacular rose that’s just different enough to make it fun and interesting. The nose comes off very Provence with soft notes of raspberry, cherry and watermelon. The palate shows just a kiss more fruit and juiciness along with a refreshing touch of creaminess from the 5 months in old oak. Bright, juicy flavors of watermelon, cherry, peach, strawberry and raspberry and all balanced out by beautiful ripe acidity and just a touch of stone. The finish is long and dry with lingering crisp acidity. A wonderful picnic and summer sipper.
