Easy everyday drinker. Typical super Tuscan profile, but no “pop” or “wow.” Not many layers, but the few layers there are dark berry, clay soil.

Sept 16, 2017. Dinner w/ Jack D and friend Mark. They brought wine. Sangiovese 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Merlot 15%. Lovely Tuscan. Smooth and easy to drink. Luscious fruit w/ some spice.

Blackberry jam and plum. Very fruit forward and a little sweet

Classic Italian red, on the light side. Predominantly red fruit with a hint of blueberry and white pepper. Characteristic Tuscan spice. Finishes smooth with a tease of sweetness.
