Finger Lakes Semi-Dry Riesling

Love this wine! Peaches and honey. Sweeter on the nose than the palate.

Aromas of white pit fruit on the nose. Hints of pears & peach with a smooth finish of pleasant minerality

Very pale - white. Light-medium body. Pear, peach, honeysuckle & lemongrass on the nose. Mild flavors of pit fruit on the fore palate with a tantalizing minerality followed by a mouth watering acid on the brisk finish. A pleasant sipping wine, enjoyed on the lanai with grilled salmon on a bed of fresh greens.

We got this from Char & Greg 12-16. Pretty sweet, but very nice & easy to drink. Great flavor.

Semi-Dry is a bit of a reach. Far more RS and definitely on the medium-sweet side of the spectrum. Still delicious, far more rounded acidity. Granny Smith accompanied by carmelized honey. Delicious for Thanksgiving! Thanks Paul and Shannon Brock!

An easy to drink dry Riesling with a smooth finish. Well balanced light citrus notes with a hint of kiwi and lychee. More on the sweeter side of dry Riesling, but not a sweet Riesling. Loved it.

Crisp and limey. Medium bodied.

This is a nice acidic semi-dry but compared to their single-vineyard varieties it's nothing special.
