Interesting and flavorful, but while I'm enjoying it, mostly, something about it has me scratching my head. I might drink it again, but I'm not making any promises. Would love to see other offerings from Silver Thread. Jury is out.

Dark fruit forward, juicy blackberry, blueberry, and plum, underbrush and earth, resolved tannins and excellent lift. Wonderful. Maybe the best red I’ve had from the Finger Lakes.

68 cab f., 19 merlot, 13 cab s. A very enjoyable blend from Finger Lakes. A well made wine. Not complex or intense but a really delicate lovely tasty wine to be enjoyed now from one one the best wineries in the region . Don't keep it but just drink with simple grilled food before it gets too cold out!
