The floral-ity of this wine is overwhelming and if you don't mind a blast of liquid juniper then the rest of the mouthful is smooth and relatively pleasing. I suspect that this would be a fantastic wine to mix in cocktails... With Hendrix Gin and lime.

Amazing initial bouquet. Very crisp--not buttery at all. Green apple, mango, maybe pineapple notes. Make sure it's cold enough.
