Napa cab night - ok I am cheating a little - this is so good - Consisting of 84% Cab Sauv, 8% Merlot and 8% Cab Franc- sweet plum drops and incense aromas - medium-full bodied and very smooth with blackcurrant, cassis, dark fruits on the palate - So nicely integrated tannins and a long, dark finish that is silky smooth long finish - delicious

Paired this with a Prime Flank Steak with a side of molasses and balsamic roasted Brussels Sprouts. Sigs best of the best and it shows. Completely integrated, warm Kashmir nose. Soft supple in texture, not a fruit bomb. Layers of back licorice, sweet black fruit and touch of smoke. Oak is in the background setting up a slightly soft finish. Overall, a great showing.
