Still very very young, just showing a bit fine leather notes, tannins are still agressive, Serafin’s wines need serious long time to mature.

Bright and tightly packed. Slightly candies on the nose-kind off cherry drops. Sweet on the edges. Good

We had the 2008 Vintage on 1/14-15/23. The vintage was rated a 89. This is truly Burgundian. The bouquet has strawberry and mushrooms. Add raspberry, spice and minerality to those on the palate. Medium bodied, tannins smoothed out. Very good and certainly different from an American PN.

Powerful and rich. Still a bit closed for biz even after a couple hours.

Beautiful lovely wine with upside potential

With 2 hours in the decanter shows primary red fruit, black fruit particularly at the core and a finish with tobacco notes. It drinks more like a Premier Cru than a Grand Cru

Good. Will buy again.
