Distinctive aromatics of Riesling. Good minerality. Crisp with just a touch of residual sugar. Went nicely with cod cakes.

Bone dry and high acidity. Hint of Riesling fruit which I want more of...otherwise feel like drinking Pinot Gris/Blanc. It actually says 0.0% RS on the bottle and is unnecessary!
