Pretty wine. The mousse is a little big in bubble so it doesn't glide across the palate in a creamy fashion like you'd want from a blanc de blanc (chard), but there is a rich vinous syrup of buttered wonder bread toast that makes it unmistakably drinkable. Baked honey-crisp apples
