July 4th Friday was a total blowout! Killer bottles one after another. Here are just a few of the bottles we all enjoyed!
This was silly good. Youthful. Wouldn’t have thought it was 11yrs old. Enjoyed alongside a ‘12 T6 and an ‘11 Old Sparky, this showed the most harmony of all the fruit working together. Dark red and black fruits, with more potpourri than the others. Dusty and full of baking spices. What stood out here is that no one note took over...all parts working effortlessly.

Jul 28th, 2019Loaded with dark fruit, with violets and plum/prune in the mix. Cedar and mild spices. Pleasing velvet tannins, and a wonderful lingering finish. Worth trying again in 5-10 yrs just to see what turns up.
