May 13th, 2015Amazing density and concentration. Candied orange peel, almond kernel and quince open into poached stone fruits and honeysuckle by day 3. Bit long in the tooth, though - lacking some energy, finishes a little flat, slightly bitter.

Dec 14th, 2015Diesel and white flowers on the nose, with more petrol and white peach in the mouth. There's enough acidity left to balance the sugar, which is still light on the tongue. Great wine, then and now.
