Thomas Haag Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett Riesling

One of the best Kabinett wines in recent memory. Great structure and an airy fruit profile. Wild acidity, so better wait at least another five years.

Crunchy, ripe fruit and good crisp acids. Nectarine and passionfruit abound.

Excellent. Roaring acid, just the right amount of sweetness, nicely effervescent. Green apple, sweet hay, lemon zest.

Classic Mosel Kabinett. Vibrant acidity and slightly off dry. Pineapple and mineral.

Crisp, medium acidity. Yellow stone and peach notes, with a hint of lemon. Long length

Nice acid. Not fully ripe peach. Hint of grapefruit. Pink grapefruit finish.

A little Oak, slightly fruity but almost dry...tasty

Energetic. More citrus fruit. Lovely.

With mousse/pate - forget about it.
