Bright ans crisp. Petrol and chamomile flowers on the nose. Intensely mineral, with pear and lemon on the palate. Looooong finish that keeps going for minutes.

Medium yellow color, lovely nose of honeysuckle, yellow plum, linden flower honey, white pepper, marzipan, petrol, and apple pie, medium body with balanced acidity, slightly bitter under tone, tastes of yellow plum, apricot, white peach, lemon curd, honey, and pomelo, long and smooth finish, a light white pepper kick at the end, long gravity ahead.
