Central coast chard. Amazing for California. Not over-oaked. Beautiful balance. Great fruit and minerality. Yum.

Dry with citrus and undertones of wet stone.

Crisp mouth watering acidity without any bite. Smooth, round, and slightly mineral. Very nice for food or by itself.
