Freaking fabulous! A little disjointed at first but with air it turned into something complex and remarkable. A little hot but that’s to be expected. Really well balanced, super silky fine grained tannins and just awesome texture overall

As expected, a little over-the-top, but damn, such a delicious wine. Northern Rhone on steroids. Smoked meat, crushed berries, violets and hot rocks. #pasorobles #saxum
