Fine mousse. Beautifully even and surprisingly accessible now. Steely spine with light citrus. Very polished and fine. Really detailed and delicious.

2012 vintage. Tiniest bubbles I’ve ever seen with a Champagne. Citrus and guava/kiwi flavors dialed in with well-balanced acidity and slight hints of brioche. Super youthful and needs (at least) another half-decade before knocking on the door and disturbing. Great body/weight tho…could drink all night. Still the only winery in the world that doesn't produce a wine every year? Would like to believe it so.
