Had been saving this magnum for a special occasion and tonight was perfect. Bbq with good friends and good music...the way wine should be enjoyed. Nice lean Cab with some secondary notes shining through over the course of the 4 hours it was opened. That last sip was fantastic...kept getting better than the previous one.

Jun 10th, 2017Had to decant it for 2.5 hours and was rewarded for my patience! Aromas of bing cherry wrapped in vanilla and flavors of creme brulee topped with blueberry compote. Contuned to get better and more approachable over the next 2 hours. Great effort from Aaron Pott and Elizabeth Tagney. 99% Cab Sauv 1% P.V.

More chocolate on nose and palate. Amazingly silky and refined palate. Great depth of flavor and polish.

What a wonderful CA Cab fro Napa and specially Saint Helena Winery. This is a 2013 that is drinking at its best and I am not sure could get any better. Perfect amount of Oak and hints of dark chocolate are very much a part of the taste. We love it !
