Ryme Cellars
'His' Las Brisas Vineyard Vermentino
Stone fruit, palate weight and such texture. Bright and round at the same time, with a finish that lingers in a most agreeable way. This wine gets me.

Apr 2nd, 2016Slightly oxidized style. Wet rocks, saline, citrus rind, great texture and juicy acid.

Nov 21st, 201513' Rich golden in color. With 12.1 ALC. It explodes with pepper & spices, red ruby grapefruit. Nice touch of acidity that grabs you on the back of your palate. Perfect aperitif wine. This would match nicely with prosciutto, cheeses, dried fruits. Hell this will go great with a hoagie sandwich, or just enjoy it by itself!

Nov 11th, 2015Great purity of fruit up front, then a scaffold of structure as it finishes. Food, especially something a little fatty, unlocks the coiled up complexity and knits the whole wine together. Yum.

Oct 20th, 2015Great job Ryan. Tangerine rind, crisp and cleaner than previous iterations.
