Bright acidity, still a little green but wonderful. Would like to see how it evolves in a year. Visited the tasting room for Ellory’s bachelorette and had a lovely time. Beautiful space, knowledgeable staff and intimate setting with long live edge table for tasting and handmade wooden chandeliers from found branches 😍 dreamy
