Styled an awful lot like a Pinot Noir. Good nose but light in body. Sharp and acidic with a bunch of blueberry — 6 years ago
This is a wild one. Huge nose of cherry liqueur that isn't matched at all in the mouth. Long finish with coconut notes. Decant if you have because there's a lot of sediment in there. — 6 years ago
Big purple monster with grippy tannins. Blackberry and blueberry, still a lot of acid — 6 years ago
Smooth cherry/raspberry with a clove finish — 6 years ago
Carbonic macerated but not as rich as I would expect. Really tart cranberry with little finish aside from acid — 6 years ago
Solid and tasty light pinot. Great balance with a little tannin on the finish — 6 years ago
Deep purple color. Big acid but the the blueberry is enjoyable — 6 years ago
Pax's take on a Chateauneuf du Pape and I'd say it's a success. Cherry, cranberry and pepper. A little more acidic than I'd like, probably could use a decanting. — 6 years ago
Roasted tomato on the nose. Tart and enjoyable with some grip in the tannins. Pair with a pasta or roast chicken — 6 years ago
