Zero Chilion Fox Hill Vineyard Cortese

This was bomb. I forgot to write down my notes but "bomb orange wine" is pretty much it.

#delicious a rare skin-contact wine that is distinctive...and tastes like itself. Cortese

Nose of lightly funky blue cheese, passion fruit, and tropical fruits. Taste of tropical and citrus fruits. Very interesting!

Honey, tea, waxy. Delicious.

Deeply strange, ciderlike orange wine.

Apparently this wine is ‘zero chil..ion’ smooth and glou glou-able. The orange color threw me off as I was expecting the bite of a lush orange wine. This was maybe a little softer than desired. Made in Utah? Hmmm so maybe this is a Utah saints to KLM comparison wine

A little too soft for my taste. Tastes like a wine made for babies. Hi-c orange and pez. would pair nicely with the turkey and muenster sandwich that your mommy cut the crusts off of for you. Or maybe I'm just a rube who always wants a sharp grippy orange wine 💁 let's agree to disagree. Maybe My hopes were just a bit too high for this hypey wine. I will say though, the color is really beautiful.

Chewy orange wine from, wait for it, Utah.

Really delicious orange wine. Less acidic than others and really crisp.
