Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

A little young and needs more time. But well crafted and delicious.

Took a while to open but was great once it did. Nose of port or gluwein, and plums
Taste of raisins, plums, nutmeg, burnt vanilla, orange peel and oak.

Fruity w cherry, blackberry, cola, then some basil (?) and a touch of cinnamon? A delicious small producer. Really nice cab.

A touch thin and a little too much acidity. Overall delicious.

Not too inky - light for a cab - tasty

Ruston is hard to beat. My favorite winemaker. Potent alcohol/wood taste really makes this a great flavor. Let it sit a couple hours for best flavor you've tasted in a cab.

Decant for two hours and boom all the Napa flavors you expect heavy on vanilla
