Russian River Brewing Company
Supplication Pinot Noir Barrel Aged Sour Brown Ale with Cherries
Interesting profile: dried cherries, granny smith, cedar box, with a hint of a big red wine (AUS Shiraz, etc.). Not a lot of carbonation, would have liked to have opened a bottle a year ago to see what role aging has played (bottled 1/16/15).

Dec 10th, 2017Off the hook - I should have sipped it more (too good). I have one bottle left, now I know what I'm in store for. The future is bright.

Jan 24th, 2015Batch 007, cellared for the last three years or so. Full of secondary aromas and flavors, and about as sour as it could be and still be balanced. Complicated, amazing and delicious.
