Aug 26th, 2014Bottled 2/15/17. Citrusy funk for days on the palate. Definite sourdough on the finish and the palate lingers with some herbs and lemon. After a minute it remind me of a lemon and rosemary shrub.

Jun 8th, 2019Bottled 2/15/17. Seems to be quite some variation in this spontaneously fermented beer. Significantly better than what I had recently on draft at the brewery. Well-rounded easy drinking sour that goes down well on a very hot afternoon. Doesn't have quite the complexity, intensity, and body of their other barrel aged sours.

Sep 3rd, 201701/10/12. Acetone at worst, vaguely minty chocolate or eucalyptus at best. Absurdly sour, lacking the complexity and roundness of real gueuze. Still fun to try at a fairly advanced age.
